Military Creator & Leadership Intensive, Presented by USAA

In August 2026, Wendy Poling and Dr. Krista Wells brought military-connected creators, leaders, and entrepreneurs together in San Diego for the inaugural Military Creator & Leadership Intensive, presented by USAA.
Designed for people ready to build something meaningful, whether a platform, business, book, or a clearer vision for something of their own, the Intensive was a hands-on experience focused on moving ideas into action.
This wasn’t a passive seminar. Attendees worked alongside speakers and fellow creators through practical sessions on vision and goal setting, mindset, publishing, podcasting, business building, financial confidence, and leadership.
Each attendee received an interactive workbook and spent the day developing ideas, making connections, and building a 90-day action plan designed to keep the momentum going long after the event.

A Signature Event for Navy Chief Spouses

In August 2026, West Coast CPO Spouse Connect brought over 120 attendees together in San Diego for a full day of connection, leadership insights, resources, encouragement, and community.
Designed for spouses navigating Chief Season for the first time as well as those who have been part of the CPO community for years, the event created a space to learn, ask questions, build relationships, and better understand the traditions, expectations, and opportunities that come with life in the Chief community.
The day included Navy heritage and traditions, leadership conversations with senior enlisted leaders, CPO spouse perspectives, CPO uniform guidance, career and financial resources, community partners, and opportunities to connect with spouses from across the San Diego area and beyond.
